At PIECES, we want you to love every item you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
